Goethe

Claire has a proven track record in providing career coaching and advice at all organisational levels - from shop floor, up to, and including, board members. Following earlier careers in retail management and human resources, Claire retains a positive and pragmatic approach, enabling her to balance commercial pressures with the needs of the individual.

With a degree in psychology and a keen interest in personality and motivation, Claire has extensive experience of working with individuals and teams to enhance self-awareness and working relationships in order to improve the productivity and contribution of a team, and uses a range of psychometric tools to achieve results and facilitate change for individuals and organisations.

Keen to quickly get to the heart of each individual's specific career issues, her philosophy and approach is ‘to enable people to evaluate, understand and maximise their personal resources and the opportunities around them, in order to gain greater fulfilment in their work and life experiences’.

She has developed and delivered workshops to enhance work relationships for a variety of business sectors across the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East. These include commercial organisations as well as the voluntary and public sectors.
